Library Media Center

The BMS Library Media Center is available to all BMS students, staff, and families. The computers in the library may be used by students for schoolwork only. Books may be checked out for two weeks at a time, after which time they must be returned or renewed.

Mission: To ensure that students and staff are effective users of information, by providing:

 

• Access to resources to support the curriculum, in a variety of formats.
• Collaboration with staff to develop and reinforce students' critical thinking and information literacy skills.
• Encouragement of reading as a pathway to lifelong learning and enjoyment.
• Provision and support of technological tools to use for collaborating, presenting, and sharing ideas in the 21st century.
