The Beverly Public Schools have scheduled two separate opportunities with mobile vaccination clinics providers for children ages 5-11 years of age to receive the Covid vaccine.
The vaccine requires two doses administered three weeks apart.
Vaccination requires written parental consent and a consent form is included in the registration link provided. Additionally, for pediatric vaccines, a parent is required to accompany their child to the site.
Currently, we have clinics scheduled for the following dates. All clinics will be held in the Beverly Middle School gymnasium.

- Friday, November 19 (2pm - 8pm) (first dose)
- Friday, December 10 (2pm - 8pm (second dose)
Provider - VaxinateRX
- Friday, November 26 (2pm - 8pm) (first dose)
- Friday, December 17 (2pm - 8pm) (second dose)
