8/17/22 update
Many routes are already at full capacity for the 2022-2023 school year. Late registrations will be wait listed and you will be contacted if a spot becomes available.

BMS Student passes will be mailed 1 week prior to the start of school.
NEW THIS YEAR
- BMS & BHS students who live less than 1.5 miles walking distance from school are not eligible for transportation, even if they have received transportation before.
- Scholarships for financial hardships must be confirmed BEFORE applying for the bus. See information about scholarships here.
- Both application and payment or approved scholarship form must have been received by August 1st or students will not be able to ride the bus at the beginning of the school year and may not be guaranteed a seat. A $25 late fee will be applied. This deadline is necessary to allow enough time to develop bus routes, assign students to routes and stops.
- The fees have not changed this year. They remain $315 per year with a maximum family payout of $630 per year. If you choose you may pay $157.50 in July and the balance of $157.50 in January.
If both application & payment (or approved scholarship) are received later than August 1 students will not be able to start riding for the start of the school year and may not be guaranteed a seat. A $25 late fee will be applied. This deadline is necessary to allow enough time to develop bus routes, assign students to routes and stops, and distribute bus passes to parents and guardians prior to the start of the school year.
To register go to the transportation page of the Beverly Schools website, then select regular, special or out of district special education, then submit.
If you are applying for a scholarship, you can print the form from the website. Once you complete it, it needs to go with all of the required documents to Bobbi Aiken in the business office. The business office is located in the McKeown School at 70 Balch St.
If you have a special education student with transportation in their IEP please register them between 7/1/22 and 8/1/22.

Los estudiantes de BMS y BHS que viven a menos de 1.5 millas de distancia a pie de la escuela no son elegibles para el transporte, incluso si han recibido transporte anteriormente.
