Anchored Athletes Youth Fitness

The perfect opportunity for middle schoolers to build strength, increase stamina and improve coordination under the supervision of an experienced coach! Each class is 45min long and features a wide range of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics/agility and cardio. 
 
Schedule: Mon/Tues/Thurs 3:30-4:15pm
Membership: FREE trial class then $119/month (family discounts available)
