More than forty professionals from the surrounding community gathered in the library on Thursday morning, March 2, for our first BMS Career Day. These guest speakers volunteered to speak to 8th grade classes about their particular career paths. Our wonderful 7th & 8th grade peer leaders escorted the adults to each 8th grade home room. Each guest speaker represented one of the 16 nationally recognized career clusters (agriculture, architecture, business, etc.).
The presentations were wonderfully done and received.
