The Beverly Public Library’s 27th Annual Teen Poetry Contest received 391 submissions this year and prizes were awarded on Wednesday, April 26.
Three BMS students and 5 BHS students were finalists.
Zachary Walsh (gr 7 BMS) won the first place prize in the middle school division, while Molly Waltz (grade 6) and Annabelle Miller (grade 8) each earned honorable mentions. The 3 BMS poets have all kindly agreed to have their poems replicated here for your pleasure!
