On Monday, August 28th, should have received an email titled "Important: Verify your student's information and acknowledge forms." This email contains instructions on how to access our Contact Verification portal. Through this portal, you will provide any necessary updates to your child's information and review/acknowledge various district policies and procedures. The information you provide for our health team is required for all students. This process replaces the old “First Day Packets” that many of you may remember from previous years. It is essential that every parent/guardian updates the information in the portal for each of your students regarding your child's emergency health information as well as other required documentation.
