On Tuesday, February 6, over 100 Endicott College students visited grade 5 & 6 classrooms for African American Read In. They read aloud a selection from The Season of Styx Malone by Kekla Magoon.
On Friday, February 9, Grade 6 students had an assembly with local author Kevin Carey, who read portions of his book, Junior Miles and the Junkman and answered questions.
On Friday, February 9, Grade 5 students did a "book tasting" to sample some important information about an their next classroom read, The Phantom Tollbooth.
