Auditions are October 22 from 3:00-6:00. Students must fill out the audition form and choose a time slot to come in for their audition. All information is found below:
We are excited to begin rehearsals for James and the Giant Peach Jr. at Beverly Middle School this year! This exciting show is a mix of contemporary songs, timeless classics, and brand-new medleys that are sure to surprise and delight Disney lovers of all ages. For the most part, rehearsals will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00-6:00 in the BMS Auditorium, but as we get closer to the show we may add Wednesdays. Not all students will be called to every rehearsal and as always, our rehearsal schedule is subject to change.
Our expected show weekend will be February 5th and 6th, 2027.
AUDITION EXPECTATIONS: This year we will be running auditions with a more professional feel in order for our friends to start gaining experience that can be carried into community theater. Auditions will be held on Thursday, October 22nd from 3:10-6:00PM - if we need callbacks, they will be held on Tuesday, October 27th from 3:00-6:00PM.
- All students who wish to perform onstage will need to sign up for a 5 minute time slot below.
- All students will be asked to sing 1 minute of a Disney or Broadway song that showcases their talents.
- Students should bring a device to play a backing, karaoke, or instrumental track to sing along with (music will not be provided).
VIRTUAL AUDITIONS: You many only do a virtual audition if you have a conflict on the audition day. We expect all students who can make auditions to be at auditions. If you need to submit a virtual audition, please email [email protected] with your conflict reasoning and an audition link will be sent to you.
If there is a change in school policies, we will keep students and families updated on scheduling, rehearsals, and performances.
